Well that’s a great friggin’ question. I honestly don’t have a damn clue why or what I’m doing. I’d like to meet some new people and even to stay connected with the circle of like-minded friends I have now. I thought it’d be a fun way to express myself. Fun fact: At one point in my life I actually wanted to become a writer. Funny, I would actually write “Jerry Springer” screen plays when I was about 10. Ohhh the good ole days. I wonder if my Mom still has any of them lying around.

Where the hell did the name come from?

Also another great question. For this one, I do have an explanation. The name comes from the saying “It’s not always rainbows and butterflies…” Because honestly it isn’t. It’s not even close. It’s HARDLY EVER RAINBOWS….

To be honest, my parenting style, and really just the way I live my life, is by being a realist. By living my life like this, I feel like I experience a lot less disappointment, maybe because I’m always expecting the worst so I can be pleasantly surprised. LOL! Don’t get it twisted, I’m not a pessimist, I’m a REALIST! The reality will likely always be, that it was nothing like you expected. ESPECIALLY when kids are involved!
